- Call History: See the call log of people who click the “call” button from your Business Profile
- Messaging: Send messages to customers in real-time, including automated welcome messages and photo-sharing
- Profile management: Manage your profile directly from Google Search and Maps
- Editing: Edit details like your address and hours, and respond to Google reviews
You can access and update your GBP by:
- Typing “my business” in Google Search
- Going to business.google.com and clicking “Manage Now”
- Entering your business name in the field to check for a listing
With GBP, you can:
- Show what you offer, including menu items and services
- Add photos, a cover image, and your logo
- Add attributes like women-owned
